The shape every free-copy section renders through. Two forms, one component, because they are the same block with and without its list: paragraphs alone become a single column at the reading measure; paragraphs plus items put the prose beside a checked list at 7fr / 5fr, collapsing to one column below 60rem.
Those were two separate implementations — one in the property page, one in the CMS spike — and the list was the only difference between them.
Deliberately plain otherwise: no colour, no size, no background. Typography is the shared .section-h and .section-p idiom from the components layer, so this stays visually identical to every other prose section, and a section's tone reaches it as data-tone on the wrapping band rather than from here.
