What is included, grouped: the home, the building, then the policies. The labels are vocabulary the PIM serves for the requested locale — nothing here is authored in the CMS, because enum labels are a count of terms, not a count of entities, and translating them per home would be work with no reader.

The icons survived a rewrite that had dropped them. They carry no meaning on their own and are hidden from assistive technology; the label is the content.
